Mainieri said last night that he has no idea. Most of us agree that Bonvillian will get the start

Any idea how many pitches Cotton threw?

25. Ideally he'd get the day off unless its a 3 or under run game late imo.

I think they could bring Cotton in for the 9th tonight depending on the situation. If not they'll let Bourgeios close it out

I just want the offense to mash a la Minnesota 09 and GTFO of the regional from hell.

LSU didn't play all that great in that regional either except for Ranaudo against Baylor

They won't pitch cotton tonight if we trail or its a tie game IMO....only in a true save situation to win the regional.

I know, that Baylor game was tight. But we definitely handled Minnesota relatively painlessly.

I think with us playing a team who had a double header and 3 games already in the tournament, we should have plenty of run support. As long as our pitchers do decent tonight shouldn't be close

Good chance LSU tees off since ULL and Sam Houston will both have depleted pitching staffs by tonight.

Regional from hell? We are right where we want to be, a little sloppy but clearly in the drivers seat. Please see last year crazy4.

I know we're in the drivers seat. Pretty much everyone would tell you this regional has been murphy's law personified other than winning(most important), of course. Gleen suspended, Eades struggle, uncharacteristic defense, Raph/Bregman collision, Umpire issues, McMullen injury. Definitely hasn't been SOP.

A Chinese fire drill-- Concentration
Has to be an issue -- that goes to game
Preparation--- who taught Bregman to
Roam around in the outfield. A lot of
Brain freeze -- also guarding the
Plate with two strikes would also be a great
Strategy --- Oh -- by the way FIRE JAVI

I can't believe some of you are this confident with how the games have gone so far. Yeah, we could blow away someone tonight, but its also very possible we are in a tough close game

Our bats have been solid this weekend. As long as our fielding doesn't frick over our pitchers and we don't have anymore freak plays (Rhymes/Bregman collision, Bregman home run, McMullen hurt running to first) we'll be fine

That game last night should have been 10 to 1. 5 errors, 5 runs.
