I have lived in both BR and Lafaytte and I can assure you that ULL fans feel a lot more strongly than LSU fans do about that...unless we happen to be playing against one another, there is not really much discussion of Ull among LSU fans....glad you enjoyed yourself...

Gotta say, every LSU fan I met was very nice and actually wished us luck and wanted to see us in the Saturday night game.

The two LSU fans sitting behind me were somewhat pulling for SHS, but were also clapping when we did anything good. Had some good conversations with them.

LSU fans are the most knowledgeable fans on the face of the earth. They clap for good plays, even when the opponent or otherwise hated team makes them!!!

I think the post, "..he's so mad..", da Cajun, is spot on!

LSU is in the SEC, we have our plate full and have given a great account of our School, my alma mater, undergrad and grad.

Most impressive, the fans of LSU put their money where the passion and cheering resides. We are one of 2 or 3 universities that actually raise all the funds to support our outstanding athletic program. We attend, donate and plan. We do NOT RELY ON THE TAXPAYERS TO FLOAT OUR EXCELLENT ATHLETIC PROGRAM! You would THINK this would elicit some "lightbulb epiphany," from people with a scintilla of independence and business sense.

But NO! We continue to hear obnoxious "poooyiiieeeeeing and pauvre betes" from somewhere in the Atchafalaya. After the Lady Cajuns won the Softball Regional, you'd think that a Pirogue Platoon had just stormed and re-captured the Bastille! Now that our Softball Program is led by a devoted, young, energetic, focused, competent and not resolved to retirement with the highest three years of pay......it is just a matter of time before LSU Softball goes back to where Glen Moore had the program, prior to the arrival of that USL Cajun former coach! Not much was made of her rapprochement, but Lotief and Krewe honor that former SB HC with a grand dame fais-do-do and GOOD TIMES WAS HAD BY ALL. Torina will change LSU SB and had the program in the College World Series in her first year....WAIT TIL YOU SEE THE INCOMING CLASS AND TWO YEARS GOING FORWARD, we have already gotten a commitment from the top prep pitcher in her class of 2014. We got top players from LA/MS/TX....definitely the top pitcher from Texas. Just sayin'!! So all adversaries bettah squat and watch, it may prevent a dust storm when the azzes hit the dust....

Cordial to ULaLa? No, no, no. That can't be.

I assure you, it won't happen again.
