I used a Bubba Blade this weekend to clean a bunch of reds and I was VERY VERY impressed.

Works fine for me, but I'm just a rec fisherman sure there are better knives designed for professional processors.

Yeah, pricey but legit. I would never buy a bubba knife.

The best one I have is the old one my dad used to use. I have no idea of the brand. They just don't make em like that anymore.

To clean what type of fish? I use 3 different blades for different fish. All of them are Dexters though.

On TV they sure do, I may order one and try out just so I can give my OB brethren a report on it.
