Flat Fee MLS referral - BTR real estate

for 60 days, the house has been listed FSBOBR.com, craigslist, zillow. Plan B - Flat fee MLS listing. We need recommendations and reviews of local or national flat fee services please. Looking for IDX listing, Realtor.com, more than 5 pictures, 3-6 months, preferably a lock box (but we can buy our own).
((No room in equity for any sales commission (except for buyers agents at 2-3%)...we are going to have to market this one ourselves.))
We have a great real estate agent already who represents us as buyers. This person has offered a great discount to sell our house as long as we retain them as a buyers agent, even though the house is way beneath their pay grade. We passed on the generous offer. Because it would still be 5-6% total including the buyer agent's commission.
plan is to MLS list it for the summer. rent it in Sept if it doesn't sell.
Any experiences with flat fee listings here?

We purchased our current house from an owner who did an MLS flat fee listing. It worked fine for us. He under priced his house (not on purpose) and we got it for $10000 less than appraisal. So we were happy!

I have seen Adam Campo adds that says he will list it on the MLS for a flat fee of $695 until it is sold. Have had no experience with him. Good luck. Hope this helps.

email me, I have some info for you if you are interested in doing it yourself. While it does not replace the role of a Realtor in the transaction, it will help you if you want to DIY.
