Yeah, I was glad to see it really get cranking. This is my 1st all grain batch and I got my yeast from a bottle of JK El Cedro.

Well, its a rational fear. I've gone all glass to get away from plastic. I need to look into going to a keg fermenter. Metal would be more forgiving than glass.
