I have about 700 LP's from the 70's, all originals, been boxed up for years. I refuse to let them or my old Stereo go, much to Wife's dismay and vow to be spinning them again one day soon.

ETA: Many of the original jackets were dis-continued because they were not Politically Correct.

A few:

Scorpions Love Drive with bubblegum on the Tit Jacket

Heart Dreamboat Annie with Mushroom label

Skynyrd Street Survivors with flames above heads of those who died

That's a hard one but I do have a 7" Purple Rain vinyl. On the side with Purple Rain it's got rain drops over the whole thing. It is for sure in the top 3.

ETA:

Yeah I do. I have most of my dad's old collection and he bought two copies because it was his favorite album.

The one still in the shrink wrap has a sticker that says $4.99. Its pretty cool

Original Release of Dark Side of The Moon. May be my most treasured possession.

I have also got:
Hendrix - Bold as Love
Talking Heads: 77'
Led Zeppelin III

and although not as old as those I have a
Sublime - 40 Oz. to Freedom which has awesome artwork on the vinyl.

Those are my top 5: Most were given to me from my parents and I got the Sublime one from a friend.

That's tight. I was about to say keeping a Vinyl in shrink wrap defeats the purpose of vinyl, unless you have an opened copy.

My 2 year old has started to want to play records. He says, "Daddy, I play recoooods?"

He bent my Woodstock vinyl over his head so much that it broke .

He's very gentle with my Jerry Garcia Band and Simon/Garfunkel ones though.
