What is your favorite bourbon cocktail?

I know, I know, bourbon is meant to be consumed neat, or maybe with a splash of water, in which I do. But there are times where I would like to mix it up a bit and have more of a "cocktail" than just a bourbon on the rocks. What says the food and drink board?

Juleps every year on KY Derby day.
Old Fashioneds every now and then, until I run out of Bitters.
I had one at the Commander's Palace in Destin that was good. Similar to a Julep, but it had some citrus in it too. Forget what they called it.

Old fashioned. In Denver last year I had an old fashioned made with bacon infused bourbon that was awesome.
