Does anyone use these? I suppose this would make grilling veggies more manageable on the grill but not certain why you would need to use these.

My parents got me one for Christmas. Did some onions in it, works fine; I tend to use cast iron more though.

Grill baskets for both veggies and fish are more than ample for the chore.

I have something similar to that. Works quite well for veggies and shrimp.

ETA: Here is the one I have. less than $10.

I used one just like that to cook shrimp on the grill while I grilled steaks. Lined with aluminum foil .. practically no clean-up. Be sure and get one with a removable handle like we have.

Mine is in St Louis, it works fine, and folds up.

Thanks all

Think this may be a good Father's Day gift. This would be a good new tool for parents to start eating more veggies. Should look nice on the BGE. Pop's not a grill maven.

Definitely. Mine is from WS. The handle can easily be removed, so you can close the grill, and clip the handle back on to pull off.

That's a conflicting statement.

The thing about the basket is you get the direct heat from the coals through the holes in it, so a bit of carbonization occurs.
