Maybe like 120 or something, got em on eBay

Pretty cheap for what it is

I'd like to do something about the 3rd brake light too, it stands out a lot

Pic 2 blends better with all things considered. IMHO that is!

How much lift did that give you?

That's kinda what I was planning. Want to fit em inside the fender wells.

That's the way I'm currently leaning and add the WeatherTec floor mats to help keep the carpet nice.

Don't be too jealous. It's taken me 12 years to do all my training and get to the point that I can just go get what I want.

Doc

You should join us in the cooking and drinking thread sometime. We could always use another MD.

I think you would make the 4th.

Leaning towards 150 as of now. At least for the foreseeable future (next year or 2), I don't see myself having much need for the 250 and it would be purely for looks and want. It's hard to justify it for that. I'll probably pay off this truck in a year or two then upgrade as needed if I buy other big toys that I need to pull

Just a touch over 2". It just leveled it out but ride quality is excellent. Picking it up from the shop this week. Added a replacement bumper and winch so we'll see how much it drops the front.

Let me know how that goes. I'd like to stay around 2-3" lift.

Do those 285's rub at all? I'm looking at maybe getting the Goodyear Duratrac's and it's available in both 275 and 285.

I doubt it

If you go to f150forum, there's a stickied post with a spreadsheet of people's setups and reports if they rub or not

I have 275/65/20 and they don't rub

They are 34.2, but it's usually the width that gets you. 285 is wider but my buddy has 305/55 on his fx4 and I know those wont rub

eta: heres a link to the thread, but you may have to join for free to open the spreadsheet

LINK /

heres a screencap of the 2 i found with that size....both have leveling kits as shown, neither report rubbing

Do you know what the widest is that can go on the factory rims? I wasn't sure about all the sizes since I want a mud grip with better wear on the road. My brother had some BFG KM2, but I'm not sure if they make one that will fit on the factory rims and not rub.

I think they make a 305/55/20 which is a great looking size on a leveled truck

Widest on factory is about 12-12.5"

It does look good. This is a pic I found of one with a 2" leveling kit and the 305/55/20 Nitto Terra Grapplers

I have the terra grapplers myself

They are fairly heavy which will hurt mileage more than some other tires

Anything wider than a 285 will not be inside your fender flares.i have plenty of room at full lock
email? I'll send some pics of mine tomorrow when I pick it up with the add ons

I was stuck between BFG at and duratracs. Went with BFG bc I got 65K out of the last set I had. It will be hard to get me away from them
