Which funny, big man has the better body (film) of work?

I am leaning towards Candy.

What do you mean leaning.

Candy's work destroys Farley by a wide margin.

John Candy. Farley was a one trick pony.

I love Farley on SNL more than his movies. Tommy Boy, Black Sheep and Ninja aren't remotely close to:

Supporting Roles
Stripes
Vacation
Splash
Brewster's Millions
Volunteers
Spaceballs

Main Character
Summer Rental
Planes Trains & Automobiles
The Great Outdoors
Uncle Buck

Candy had a longer career, showed greater range, and would have been awesome playing Farley's dad in something.

He also played that NOLA lawyer in JFK.

Not a comedic role but still memorable.

Farley was only good for five minutes at a time. He was great on SNL and in small roles like Billy Madison. He couldn't carry a movie like Candy.

Thought about adding that one.

I also like him in Only The Lonely but not sure I liked it for Candy or for my crush on Ally Sheedy.
