There are very few rap acts that sound anywhere as close to good live as they do in the studio... which is why I have no respect for rappers.
ETA:
As musicians... or as people who can even perform with any kind of rhythm. Some of 'em are still good lyricists/poets or whatever.

Hader is the only one who's confirmed his exit but Armisen and Sudeikis are leaving as well. It should be confirmed shortly....and you can tell by the end of this episode that its their final show. Sudeikis was all but gone last year but ended up coming back (probably because Samberg, Wiig, and Elliot had already left).

I just got around to finishing up last night's episode and the Ian Rubbish bit was awesome. I liked the way they included Taran Killam as a handoff of sorts.
Of the 3 I will miss Hader the most. He was fantastic at almost everything he did.
The good news is that horrible Californians Skit will be gone.
