I haven't watched since Season 5. Anyone kept up with the last couple seasons think it's worth catching up on?

Yes. Definitely last season.
Season 6. Meh. Take it or leave it. I liked it but its not essential until the last episode or two.

After Trinity, there was a definite dropoff, but it's still been pretty good. Last season was a lot of off the wall shite that had me shaking my head, but it should set up for a great final season. Looking forward to seeing it end.

This. Season 6 was pretty bad but had a great ending. Season 7 wasn't great like the first couple of seasons but at least it was an improvement over S6.

I think it's worth watching until the end. It's been up and down the last few seasons, but still one of the best shows on TV.
Trinity was easily the best season IMO, but I'd like to see where the writers end this story.
