Not really.

But it does beg the question as to why Khan prime didn't use his blood to revive his wife.
Why wouldn't Kirk turn into a badass? If the blood transfusion is strong enough to revive him, shouldn't he become more of a bad-arse? It was hinted at the end, but I guess they didn't want to go into it.
Also Kirk kicking arse would kind of go against the entire fighting style that is "Kirk".

Better question: Why did any of the members of Kahn Prime's crew die in the Prime universe (including his wife) if their blood has regenerative properties?
Surely an electrical burn from a console blowing up wouldn't kill a genetically engineered superhuman.

Well they were a lot older at that point but yeah pretty terrible oversight.

Most of his crew died on Ceta Alpha V so, besides the ones that were killed by eels, they probably died of thirst, exposure and/or starvation. Not much super blood can do about any of those.
For the ones killed on the Reliant, they were either blasted out into space or took enough trauma from the explosions that even their super blood couldn't heal them fast enough. At the end of the original Star Trek II, Khan took enough punishment that even his healing powers wouldn't have been able to keep up.
Or maybe Khan was the only one with the real premium stuff. Maybe he was superhuman even by superhuman standards.

Which revelation is worse: Khan's super blood or mitechlorians?

Winner.
You can use the Force because you are infested with blood-borne parasites? Ewwwwwwwww.

By far. The Force went from being "the energy that binds us all" or something like that, and presumably something that we could have theoretically attune with, to the side effect of a symbiotic relationship with a blood disease that only a select few in the entire galaxy had.

it makes me wonder if antibiotics would be enough to defeat the jedi

Speculation. We see him publicly admit to Section 31..which is like the treasonous group of the Federation. Federation don't claim them and they are ok with that.
In the original universe, Section 31 had to go into hiding from it's original inception.
The attacked by Nero let all the bad elements of the Federation out.
I will say the Federation looks to be on track to be technologically superior to their original time line parts.
The vengeance would probably get incorporated somehow into the new universe.
Also despite spocks saying he would not like to spoil the future so to speak.
He had to have warn them about the Borg and the Dominion. If there were ever two deadlier enemies to the federation as a whole that would be them.
Also did anyone noticed the Enterprise did not fire a single shot the entire movie?
