Help me Remember the Name of a Cereal

around 2003-2005 i used to get this sort of apple crisp type cereal. shite was delicious but i can't remember what it was called. pretty sure it was a post cereal. my luck it is discontinued but figured i'd give it a shot on here. any ideas?

Of course it's it. I know my cereal. FWIW, it was discontinued.

Seems like they always get rid of the cereals I really like.
S'mores Grahams was another one I really liked, far superior to the Smores Cereal they currently have.
