Starring Will Smith & his son Jaden Smith

Directed by M. Night Shyamalan

Produced by Will, his wife Jada, and her brother Caleeb

Budget - $130 million

Saw the previews and something like this could have potential (especially with that type of a budget), but this will probably be a steaming pile. I'm sure it will do well in theaters though.....anyone here gonna check it out in a couple weeks?

This has the makings of one of the worst movies of all time.

A family effort directed by M. Night. Good lord

Yep, that's why I included that info in the OP

However, it's a pretty cool idea for a film and it's outlandish to begin with. No doubt it will be exciting, so how badly can they mess it up??

I would be more interested if the Smiths had enlisted the services of Uwe Boll.

I didn't think Will Smith was going to have a big part in this movie?

Yeah, this is going to be an absolute turd of a film. Strong in the running for the Razzie this year. Plus that tag line is dumb as shite.

And I love how they're not putting M. Night's name anywhere near this thing and are trying to trick people into thinking he didn't direct this.

People said this about the Last Airbender. I mean it was already written and filmed for him on the small screen and it was for all purposes a well written and excellent series. All he needed to do was copy and paste. How badly could he frick this up?

Ohhhhhhhh....

Looks like garbage. Will avoid unless the reviews are excellent.

I'm more intrigued by the "War on Fat" prediction.

There's been almost no promotion for this and the public knows Shymalan has a history of suck. This will be one of the biggest bombs of the summer.

It has Will Smith though, and his films tend to be very high grossing. They're just trying to keep it a secret that Shyamalan is behind it. I'm really shocked he's still getting work after his last two films being among the worst ever made.

I think this and Pacific rim will be the huge summer flops.

I thought Gatsby was going to flop too, but it almost beat out Iron Man 3 this weekend.

I'm still thinking Star Trek will have a bigger opening than Avengers.

Pacific Rim will do alright. After Earth, World War Z, and RIPD are my predictions for biggest summer flops.

I think WWZ will have that zombie appeal. People want them some Zombies right now. Hell I just paid $40 to run through city park next month being chased by zombies.

It's a huge craze now.

I never even heard or RIPD, until just now, so yeah it will flop.

World War Z has been notoriously the worst production in recent film history. That film is going to blow as well.

Do you get to shoot them in the head with something? If so, I'd be down for that.
