Just the super basic ones that are always on sale. Both were absolutely fantastic and taste like high-end beers.

How much does the simcoe kit usually run?

If all goes to plan from here on out, I'm looking at around 73% efficiency. Appears the new manifold did its job.

The cpvc manifold cost all of $5. I'm cheap.

I'm pretty sure the Amazon brand SS false bottom I got was only $20 or so. I'm envious of your ability to rig something up like that. Sounds like it works great too so... Good deal.
