Duck Dynasty Black Iron Chicken Dish

Did anybody see the episode this season that focuses on them camping out the night before duck season? At the end of the episode, when they are sitting down for dinner, they show a black iron pot with a whole chicken in it and possibly some potatoes or something. The chicken looked like it had a rub with a bunch of paprika in it.
I've googled the shite out of this looking for the recipe, but can't find it. Any thoughts for those that saw it?
Hey Jack! TIA.

The 4th brother (oldest) has never been seen on the show. Maybe he doesn't like hunting.
I got a black lab that hunts turtles. She caught one yesterday.
Lucy says "Hey, let's start a reality show and call it 'the turtle hunting dog.'"
Me: "Yep, you work on that."

I think it was just a cast iron roasted chicken. Not hard.
But I've done Willies garlic frog legs and they are really good served with rice.
Go to duck commander.com and they have a few recipes.
And check out Phil's deer flip video while you are there.

Allan is the oldest and he's a preacher without a beard. He also works with them part time and hunts everyday with them during duck season.

Not sure what that was, but Mrs. Kay is putting out a cookbook some time in the near future. The recipe might be in there.

If I had to guess I'd say it's probably a whole chicken rubbed with spices cooked in a cast iron pot with some potatoes

If I had to guess that's what I'd guess too.

I bought Mrs Kay's cooking DVD for my GF for Christmas. When I get home from Anchorage I'll check for the recipe if they have it. She loved it btw. Terrible cooking show but good recipes.
