Long story short, my wife accidentally smashed a 580 lens on my favorite Cosata's.

Is there a way to replace the lens? How much does that cost? OR, do I just need to buy another pair.

Thanks fellas.

Oh yeah, at least I get BJ's out of it.

Their website should tell you what to do.

Send them back to Costa and they'll quote you a price to fix them. It's much cheaper than buying a new pair

Yeah, what boomroast and yeti said.

But you better get more than just a BJ out of this.

It will cost about $90 and they will have to replace both lenses. (That was for 580 glass not sure about plastic 580)

This is why I don't buy expensive glasses.

Had a scratch on one lenses repaired for about $60. Shortly thereafter they flew off my head into the Red River while fishing with Alx.

It's a crapshoot whether they'll charge for the broken lens. I sent a busted pair of Brines to them and they sent me a new pair in 2 weeks... and only charged me the $11 shipping. Even at $90 that's a better deal than buying new ones, since they'll fix up any ancillary wear at the same time (rubber coming off, etc.).

I have a pair of Costa Swordfish with the copper 580 that I have had close to 10 years. Wear them almost everyday on the farm.

Impressive you've kept them that long. I just don't like having to worry about expensive accessories. Cheap watch and cheap sunglasses. Doesn't matter if they go bellyup.

I just sent a pair to them. Waiting to see how it goes. 580 glass is fine but my baby snapped one of the arms.

Go to their website and follow instructions to send in for repair. Simple process and i have always had great service with them. Will be cheaper than replacing all together.

They sent me two arms for my zanes for 30-35 bucks. Didn't even lose a day if wear.

My brines are still broke from a stripper crushing them while trying to do a handstand in my lap. had them hanging around my neck btw
