That's how i'd do it. I'd start off with Nano-brewery production first. Once i get a following for the beers, then i'd think about quitting my job and going full production.



Unless you got the money to go full production... then you'd go for it.

Correct. Andrew at Parish will be the first person to tell you that a nano brewery makes absolutely no money at all. So if you have themoney you go full scale
