So why would Obama tell air units to stand down if he had permission to use the air space by the Lybian government? Do you think he might have been told by the military that it wouldn't be effective? If you were the Prez and they say that he could send in jets but they tell you that it would be a bad idea, how would you have answered?

because he already said AQ was decimated and on the run in speeches. He and his cohort of.clowns, VJ, hoped it would just go away if they pretended it wasnt real....hence why he then LIED about the video and floated that bullshite.

Even someone like Leon who was respected by both Republicans and Democrats in DC, surely couldn't have been OK with the president turning down help.
