THIS. Very intimate setting. Servers don't bother you at all. Plus food is better than Gino's.

Well, this is the O-T.
Give it a while and they will be calling you a food snob.

Cost more than it should because you HAVE TO COOK YOUR OWN FOOD

What's your budget? Most of my choices were probably $80 total, with a glass of wine or a similar mixed drink.

That's about what I'll spend, if it's a first date, met the chick once before, first or second time really hanging out. If it's somebody I've been hanging out with otherwise for a while and it's just our "first real date" or whatever I might go less than that.
I guess it depends on if I really like the chick or I'm just trying to get laid too

I was under the impression melting pot was on average a good bit more than that

Fondue

It's like $100 to get cut up chicken and steak and.. BOIL IT IN WATER YOURSELF!

Unless you like boiled steak, passss!

ETA: Agree with Bistro Byronz. It's French/Southern LA cuisine in a casual atmosphere, but very cute. Girls love the atmosphere.

Entrees are $15 and under.

Outstanding martini list.

Yeah, then any of the choices work. Mansur's and Juban's have excellent food, and Tsunami has great sushi if you and your date like that.

People are stupid. Chicks like that kind of shite cause it costs you a lot and it's different I guess. I'll pass.
