Italian is a good choice. Gino's is outstanding, albiet a bit pricey.

DiGuilio's is a dark kinda romantic atmosphere and a bit less expensive than Gino's.

Get a bottle of Malbec and enjoy!

I never even thought about sushi for a first date. Ill have to keep that in mind.

It's French/Southern just so you know if you had your heart set on Italian.

Either one. It's not a suit and tie place but its not a sports bar either.

I wore jeans and the best shirt/boots I have and didn't feel underdressed. I wouldn't go lower than that though.
