He was busted for the same while at LSU and on probation when he did it in florida, hence the jail time.

Tyrann smoked weed. Big differences.
Cecil collins was drafted in the fifth round with far less collegiate success and many more problems. Matthieu will go 2nd or 3rd. Too much playmaking talent and some team will ignore the weed and let him smoke like a heavy majority of nfl playrs do.
