How can I make my neighbor's corgi more appealing to hawks?

Or owls. Is there a good way to entice a passing raptor to lift that little noise box off into the sky forever?

First thing is try to get Hawks near your yard first. Google how to get hawks around. If they are near your yard then its more likely that they might spot the little shithead next door.

Air soft guns work without serious damage to the animal. Get a good one and enjoy the target practice.

Terrible Idea. This takes any reprisal off the table. You cannot go "Talk to your Neighbor" about his dog sucking and then "Do Something About It" the next week.
Open Gate....let natural selection run it's course. Or man up and kill it and HOIST for the OB.

They don't often work well with others, as far as I know.
