Crazy thing with all that knowledge when you talked to him, he picked your brain as much as the other way around....

First met him fishing pits in Florida when I was in the navy....

He commented about my LSU cap.....

Thanks for posting this I missed seeing it somehow. When I was growing up he was really well known in the bass fishing world. I still have some of his original snake baits. Anyone remember those?
