According to wwl radio , the self proclaimed "sports leader" Vaughn Taylor beat Els last year and is back to defend this year. Must be true, I just heard it on the radio

The 17th hole tent pass was. We were following Daly for a while and decided to check out the tent. Free everything from all the top restaurants. Free drinks also. Earlier I think we had bought some $7 bottles of water...needless to say we took advantage of our pass after that.

Last year at the acme tent they gave us a bracelet with little break off tabs for so many food items and so many drinks. The hot bartender ended up not breaking off a drink tab on 3 of my trips to get drinks. She pretended she was having trouble pulling it off and gave me a wink. I tipped her well and got a good drunk on that day.
Grey Goose for the win.

Two years ago a player actually shanked his tee shot and his ball ended up on the carpeted deck at the ACME tent. Dude moved some shite around and hit off the deck. Ended up making a great shot and got par I think.

I'll be out there Saturday, so I'd really like to see the "big names" make the cut.

Course got about 2 inches of rain yesterday so it's pretty soft

Well in that case, I change my mind. I'm going to wear a dry fit collared shirt and sunglasses. Just wave at me when you see me.

I'm a little surprised that the course will be so soft considering that we haven't had much rain recently until yesterday.

They built the course in a swamp

I know, I just thought that this course would have the best drainage system money could buy. Maybe it does, but I know that LSU played a baseball game on a perfectly dry field last night. I've seen the drainage at Zephry field and it is awesome. I know a golf course is much, much bigger than a baseball field, but I was thinking that the course would still be in good shape. I guess tomorrow it will be dry enought to play it down?

it might, but whenever you are draining water into water, it doesn't go many places very quickly

Was it Christian Garrick again? He said it at 7:00 this morning too. He's such a dufus about anything other than the Saints.
