let me clarify that this is directed solely at my brother. who also spends more time shopping for fishing gear than he does actually fishing, i might add.

you will find that is true for many fisherman. yakkers and "traditional" fisherman both.

I see people in Bossier parking on the side of Arthur Teague to bank fish all the time now. Although they are not launching, there is not much difference. Especially since Bossier PD is pretty tight around that area, I know you are down south, but what Im getting at is that if they can do it in a pretty strict spot without getting messed with, you should be fine. Might get JimBeam to chime in...
