You'll have to let me know how that one is.

Its pretty amazing. Im in knoxville and the biggest store here (mc scrooges) goes to kentucky and does tastings and buys their own barrels. They let me and my dad taste the cask strength and 2 of the regular single barrels that they hand picked. The 2 regulars were better than any ive bought in BR but the cask strength was phenomenal. Ill look at the bottle tomorrow and let you know which of the 10 recipes this bottle is.

Is the cask strength filtered or unfiltered? I know several of the distillers will offer the places to get unfiltered on their request. Supposedly the unfiltered ones have a lot more "character" with the extra oils and things from the wood.
