Heard the director on local dallas radio today promoting his new movie. The details of primer sounded awesome. Anyone ever seen it? It came out in 2004 and apparently was a low budget film about time travel.

I saw it. It was decent. Most people seem to think its confusing but I didn't think so. Would have been better with a bigger budget.

It's pretty confusing, and even having seen it a few times I still get it twisted sometimes. But it's the best and most realistic time travel movie ever made.

Seriously.

It's amazing and his new movie sounds incredible. He's crossing the country promoting it himself.

His new one sounds weird. But I'll definitely check it out. About a dude who has basically the sun for a face or something like that, right?

I like it, but it's kind of a slog.

I don't know much about it, but the first trailer that came out for it has him saying:
quote:

“I was born with a disfigurement. My head is made of the same material as the sun.”

The new (longer) trailer is obviously something different, and it's hard to tell what it's actually about. I'm seeing it described as "Sci-Fi meets love," so who knows.
