Did anyone watch Stargate: Universe when it was out a few years ago?

I'm going through them on Netflix as a filler.
The used those communication stones to basically transfer a conscious from one body to another so you're basically walking around in someone else's body. Lesbian chick would haul arse back to her lover in various bodies throughout the show.
It's a good thing there were not any gay character guys on the show. When they switched back, the guy who just returned to his body, would wonder how he caught the herp and why his arse was always sore.

I got through 10 episodes and jsut had to stop. Terrible show.
I seem to recall Lou Diamond Phillips going to town on someone elses wife as a surogate but also in his own body -- just because he could.

I was sad when both of those ended. I loved me some Stargate!

Damn you. I'd almost blocked SGU from my memory, but this thread brought it back with a vengeance.
Very loyal supporter of the franchise, but I hated this show. Maybe someday MGM can get its shite together, bring back the franchise back to the small screen and wash the bad taste of SGU away. Very wishful thinking, but they did recently put out SG1 Unleashed giving me (likely false) hope of a Stargate tv rebirth.
