the two ebb and flow in my opinion.
New American Dad is superior to new Family Guy.

It's definitely not funnier, but I do however think it's a higher quality show in general.

Same situation as Futurama/Simpsons, as soon as the creator divided his attention, the new show quickly surpassed the old one. The big difference being Groening's shows were dealing with greatness while McFarland's were levels of goodness.

Jeff always cracks me up.
I like both, but American Dad does do a better job at attempting to stick to a storyline more than Family Guy and doesn't have a bunch of "This is worse than the time I.. random clip". Family Guy's randomness can be very funny sometimes but I think its also why some hate on it

yup, and has been for a while now. Family Guy stopped being funny after season 3, besides the star wars trilogy.

Did anyone see Family Guy from this past Sunday?

The opening scene had American Dad in the house across the street, then Hank Hill and the intro song was the King of the Hill theme song with Peter and the Gang in the alley way from KOTH.

It was pretty sweet.

I think American Dad is definitely underrated, but they are two different shows. Roger is pretty awesome.

this. Also way better than his parallel in Brian who is always on his soapbox about something and gets aggravating at times. Due to this, Roger>>>Brian

I laughed pretty fricking hard when Peter was singing We Didn't Start the Fire.
