Jesus just curious if anyone thought that was a good investment. I'd be a partner and put up the money. Could still do my job.

I honestly have nothing to offer other than "it seems like huge headache and time monopolizer"

I'd figure out how much you can make with just a couple bookings a month then figure out if its actually worth the time or not. Ask yourself, how much do I value my free time?

In my experience, businesses that are relatively cheap to start, and cheap to operate are also garbage.

I wouldn't put so much stake in your waiver. It still wouldn't excuse you from your cheap labor and the lack of awareness they will display as it relates to liability.
