And let me clarify....no one has posted a spoiler in this thread. But, aside from that notion, yes...she wants watchers to skate on thin ice in their own thread just because some book readers can't resist the urge to post in this thread.

Not what I said at all. I'm just saying exercise some common sense instead of derailing the thread with the bitching about book info/spoilers and claiming ownership over a thread you didn't even start. If it's a certain group of posters that you feel are doing it and ruining for everyone then email an admin. Or RA. No different then any other thread on any TD board.

they want to kick you out of a thread they have no ownership of because a few idiots thought they were being funny. you don't want to leave and you want them to know why. they don't care. blah blah blah. so instead of everyone just moving on, we rehash it over and over again.

That's your reasoning...that nobody "owns the thread"? You guys can say all you want that "this isn't for non readers, it's for no spoilers," but y'all know that's bullshite (and let's not pretend that we wouldn't be having the same arguments even if it said "no book people," as history had shown us time and time again). This thread was started in contrast to the book thread. Just like every other episode. But instead of appreciating that, you're arguing that y'all should basically post whatever you want in here and the rest of us should just ignore it or RA, and frick us if we don't agree because "nobody owns this thread." Amazing. By that logic, why even have thread titles? Nobody "owns" any of these threads, so every one should be fair game to talk about any and everything.
And your other suggestion is to get admins involved. Well IMO it shouldn't come to that. We should be able to handle this as adults, but y'all can't keep yourselves from posting in here instead of the thread that is created for you guys...and then bitch at us for "crying" about it, when you choose to ignore that you're causing the problems to begin with. Are any of you saying that if we have a "no readers" thread next week that you'd actually stay out of it? Because nobody in here actually believes that bullshite.

Might as well. Readers and non readers obviously can't discuss things nicely (or evenly because of the knowledge base), and the thread has gone to shite. So why not?

And fwiw, I'm not mad at anybody in here; I just don't see how people don't understand simple shite, and love to argue/discuss.
