I shot a S&W bodyguard 38 special today. I know he stretches these kind of guns out to 80 yards. I couldn't hit shite at 10 yards.

Ice Cream Sammich is Hickok's alter. He's told us about how hard he works on his compound to keep it looking good.

It is pretty damn impressive what he can do. He's been doing it a long time and I strive to shoot like him in the future.

I've shot my 357 and SR at 40-50 yards. Not perfect but I can hit 8" sometimes. But this little thing was impossible for me at 10 yards.

I remember watching him shoot the Ruger lcr and he was nailing the gong with it.

There's not much to grab onto and the sight radius is VERY short. It's a hard gun to shoot well.

I know it's a close quarters gun.

I did like shooting it. Didn't bite as much as anticipated. No way I would give that to my wife as a self defense weapon. She would be better off with my SR9c

I actually just made a video that touches on this very topic. I'll be posting it soon.

Will you travel to Alabama? I am off again next week and am getting bored sitting aroun the house. I put a couple boxes through my 1911 when I got it, and it was the most accurate shooting I've ever done with a handgun, but I can always get better.

I suck at double action revolvers. Long trigger pulls kill what little accuracy I have. With practice I could get decent with it. But how often will one practice with that gun?

I would practice with a concealed gun once a month at a minimum if possible. Even though it isn't fun, you want to stay sharp in the event of having to use it.

Include me on the list. I need a place to go and possibly a place to certify CC shooters once I start teaching.
