Ideas for whole smoked chicken

I have a whole chicken that was smoked a few days ago with ribs and a pork butt. The only thing left was the chicken and it was untouched. What should I do with it? Throw it in the street for the 'hood dogs?

Debone it and eat it between some white bread. Or wrapped in a tortilla. Or just plain eat it. Or make Lucy some chicken salad. Or make a stock out the carcass and make some gumbo. Or soup. Or on a salad. Or throw it in the street and feed the hood dogs.

Chicken - well you get the idea, I could go for another 158 suggestions, all of which would be excellent uses for your smoky bird
Why not grind it up and feed it to your cat? Cats gotta eat just like dogs.
Probably would make excellent possum trap bait.

Why would you throw it out? I mean what CAN'T you do with chicken.
