I thought it was going to be like one of our accidente. Guy goes to the front of boat being towed to catch a beer. Wave comes over front, driver thinks it is funny and hits the gas. Boat went down like a rock. No flotation in boat.

We pulled a guy that happened to off of Isla Del Coco. Spent 8 hours running at flank speed to get there, launch helo to pick him up, get him aboard, and then another 10 hours the opposite direction until we were close enough to Costa Rica to launch the helo again and get him to better medical care. Dude was split basically from the calf to the crotch. Absolute miracle it didn't get an artery.
