Where's Morgan? I'm not a reader of course, and I also DGAF about getting spoilers, so...

Is Glenn gonna go off the deep end now?

In the comics, Morgan has already rejoined the group before they reach Alexandria.

As for Glenn, let's just say he meets a new, tough lady.

So season finale is going to be Scavengers + Herd attacking A-Town?

Will Carl lose his eye?

yeah it's strange, I've seen reports that Michael Cudlitz (Abe) said that the season finale will piss people off (in a good way).

They had to make the season finale 30 minutes longer because there is so much stuff to cover

Ok so this is pure speculation (but educated speculation, based on what I know from the comics and what the show has shown so far.)

But the season finale will end with a Scavengers/Herd attacking Alexandria...this plot would directly correlate with the "No Way Out" arc of the comics.

During that arc, Carl also gets his eye shot out by the leader of Alexandria (Douglass in the comics, but Deanna in the show)...

After this Rick is put in charge of the town...things go back to somewhat normal...but then we find out about another group called the Saviors.

The Saviors are like the mob, the take resources in order to provide the town with protection...during this time we also find other groups...(Hilltop, etc)...

Well basically in the comics, Rick wants to get rid of the Saviors, but they are a well fortified group...in the first attempt at stuff, Rick's group gets ambushed by the leader of the Saviors (who has a baseball bat know as Lucille)...Glenn gets beat the frick up by Lucille (and eventually dies)...but Glenn is much more well liked than his show counterpart...what I am thinking is that Daryl replaces Glenn because the impact would be much like Glenn dying in the comics...

fellow comic readers correct me if I am wrong, but this is how I remember the arc's in the comic (I read them a long time ago)

can't wait till next week Wish this series had no breaks and ran continuously all year.
