I don't remember a group called the Wolves in the comics. I assumed they named them wolves so they wouldn't have to call them "saviors." If that is the case then I do not think we will see a character named "Jesus" either.
It could also be the scavenger group but I don't recall the scavengers being a group that would cut the limbs off the entire population of a town and leave them in the back of a truck. That seems much more in line with the Saviors from the comics.

They may just skip the whole Scavengers story and make the Wolves a really fricked up version of them and the Saviors. Mayve we even get a Neagan appearance or reference in the S5 finale and then hit that story head on in the S6 opener.

Also, I still think they are setting up Daryl to be in the "Glenn" role from the comics. Didn't Glenn become a recruiter and supply hunter in the comics, and that's how he got caught by negan?

There are many potential ways to go with it, but what will be Daryl's fate on the show:
1) Beaten to death with Lucille (fans everywhere go into mourning)
2) Takes role of Jesus as envoy between communities (also revealed as gay)
3) Gets an iron in the face from Negan (girls everywhere go into mourning)
4) continues being redneck badass and lives through series

Negan would do that to any guy he took a wife from if said guy ever hooked up with his girl again, the most notable of whom was Dwight.
Which reminds me, it will be pretty sweet if they do the scene with Carl and Negan with all of Negan's scantily clad wives.

Dwight, who was the guy that became the mole to take down Negan. And then the husband of the girl that Negan catches with her husband after she agreed to be one of his girls.

2. Carol is like a legit badass. Her and Rick seem perfect together like Bonnie and Clyde. Are they gonna take over this town?

In the comics he does basically nothing after his talk with the mayor. The mayor gave him a much firmer rebuke in the comics. No idea if they will expand on that situation in the show but I would assume they would since they have a pretty decent actor playing Gabriel.

I don't remember anyone from the group hearing the conversation in the books but my memory is hazy when it comes to the early Alexandria days.

I was kind of rooting for Gabriel to turn the corner, but I think it's safe to assume that his punk arse is dead before the end of the season.

He never died in the comics. He just doesn't do much after Negan is introduced.
