I posted in last nights FBD thread a little while ago. I think BMoney has some info on this. Waiting for confirmation before I start bouncing off the walls.

Don't know much about them. Just checked out their site though. Looks like they have some pretty decent beers.

Yes they do. Very very good selection. I still remember seeing Beauxregard posting a Southern Tier Chokolat in his Friday's featured beer............. thread.

You may remember my post from a few months ago when I featured their Creme Brulee Milk Stout. Anyway, like most of the Southern Tier beers, it's a big beer. 11% big. But, as with the Creme Brulee, you don't taste the alcohol and that's what makes it dangerous. What they've done with this beer is thrown balance out the window and went exclusively for chocolate, They succeeded. They even used chocolate malt in this beer. It's about one milligram of sugar away from being too sweet, but they've created a really good beer. Not quite Rogue good, in my opinion, but that's because they've bypassed the balance of malt, hop, and chocolate for simply chocolate. This is the closest thing to an alcoholic chocolate milk you'll ever drink. Enjoy.

I've tried at least 10 of thier beers at Hop Jacks in Pensecola. I liked the Unearthly and the GF liked the Javaha and Creme Brûlée. Double IPA was also really good.

nope
i'm sure it is exceptional for the southern cali piney resiny unbalanced IPA style
just a style that i dont like.....at all
