Slice them about 1/4" and toss with extra virgin olive and your favorite seasoning. Grill on direct heat about 5 minutes per side.

Fettuccine tossed with a sauce of white wine, dark brown chicken stock, garlic, grape tomatoes, fresh basil and finished with parmagiano reggiano.

Hericot vert with shallots, lemon juice and zest
