I did this last week for conference tourneys and LOST. Bad.

I work seven days a week most of the time so my schedule is pretty flexible as long as get my 50+ hours in.
Thread wasn't intended to ruffle the feathers of you guys who don't have that option, it has just been a tradition for me personally to take off the opening Thursday since my freshman year of high school over ten years ago.
Probably my favorite sports day of the year, right up there with the opening Saturday of College Football, New Years Day, MLB Opening Day and Sunday at the Masters.

Took off both Thursday and Friday afternoon. Learned my lesson last year during my first dose of March Madness after college.
