That's fair. My scale doesn't include all time, mine is strictly based on how players rank today among each other.
I still wouldn't rank my team with any 10's Brees: 9.5 PT: 6.5 Colston: 7.5 Graham: 8.5 (mb 9) Total: 32

So since they're the best at their position they're automatic 10's? No room for improvement? I disagree
The way I look at it is they are the standard and the standard number is 10 which makes them 10s.

I agree with this because of his stats but I truly believe that if he got 25 touches a game (Run/Pass) that he would be a top 5 RB. The dude is a beast.

Yeah, I wish we'd stick with one back, but their system works so I can't knock it Well maybe not this year, but when CSP is there it works.

AD and Megatron are the first two that come to mind. Definitely not: Lynch Tony G Roddy White Jimmy (and I'm a Saints fan) and the 55 other players considered 10's in this thread. Would consider the top 5 QB's in the 9.5-10 range
I agree with you, but there's no way this thread was gonna go anywhere but retarded. Anybody who thinks Roddy White or Lynch is on the same level as Megatron or All Day should have their head examined.

Andre Johnson? With his pending age? I don't think so.
Dude was the second leading receiver in the NFL this year. Who cares how old he is? The guy is a 10 and one of the best in the game.

You have to be a saints homer. Top 5 with rbs in the league like Peterson, Foster, Rice, Lynch, MJD, Mccoy, Forte, Martin, Morris, Charles, McFadden, CJ2K.

Yeah, so one would normalize the scale to 10 as the best group of elite players and go from there Ex. Tier 1 QBs: Rodgers, Manning, Brees, Brady -> normalize to 10; tier 2 QBs would be around 9 then

Who would we call 10's? Megatron Gronk AP Rogers?
that's what I'd go with I'd listen to Brady/Manning/Brees as close to 10s as well although I think Rodgers is the best right now. I'd put Ryan in the 8.5 range (simply because I think his success is partially due to having the best trio to throw to in the nfl). I think Fitzgerald is close to a 10 but wasting away. Some other WRs around a 9 are Roddy, AJ, DT, Marshall. I don't think any other running backs are better than maybe a 9. (McCoy, Rice, Richardson late in the year). Graham, Gonzo are 9s for TE, Vernon an 8 due to inconsistency.

Nobody has 3 better weapons in the passing game than Atlanta. Nobody.

All these guys get 20-25 touches a game. I promise you would see the same output by PT if he got that many touches. He might not the best at any one thing but he catches the ball good, runs harder than anyone in the league not named AP or Lynch and he is a great blocker. Tell me where I am wrong.

I don't think this method makes sense. I think a better idea is, rate the wrs/te/rb out of 10. Then rate the line for run blocking and pass blocking, between 0 and 3. Multiply the rb by the latter and the other two by the former. Then rate the QB of 10 and multiply everything by that. Kinda convoluted but it makes more sense than Stafford being 9 and Megatron 10. If he's a 10 stafford is a 5 or 6, and only Peterson can realistically be a 10 out of other skill position players. (Not including QBs)

Honestly it would be the falcons if they had a good running back. But they don't, so I would give it to the 49ers for next year. Kaepernick Gore Boldin Davis

I think Jaws had Stafford rated as the 16th best QB or something like that. He's definitely not a 9, unless we are saying that one half of the leagues QB's are 9+.

And here comes people saying Flacco is a 9. This thread has gone to hell.... And Boldin a 9? He didn't even have 1000 receiving yards last year.
