Now imagine you're not wearing a cup.
Jordany Valdespin of the New York Mets would probably advise against it.
Not sure if Germans because MSB has been taken over by free agency talk.

The Mets utilityman exited yesterday’s exhibition game against the Tigers after he was hit in the genitals with a Justin Verlander 94-mph fastball, and left club officials shaking their heads by revealing he wasn’t wearing a protective cup.
“You would think if you are starting at second base, you would be smart enough to wear a cup,” manager Terry Collins fumed to The Post after the Mets’ 11-0 victory at Joker Marchant Stadium.

I wouldn't want to take a knuckleball to the nuts, let alone a fricking laser.

Why wouldn't you wear a cup knowing you're going up against Verlander? I would just for that reason. My balls hurt for him now. Prayers sent.

I wore a cup more for fielding. Never worried much when I was batting. Im glad I don't play anymore or I'd be worried about batting. That picture is brutal.

Mets need to do what my little league coach at the beginning of every practice. He'd line us up, grab a bat, and give you the choice to either turn and run or take it like a man.

Absolutely the WORST feeling in the world...when you take a shot to the sack...and you know the pain is coming, but it takes about 2 seconds for your brain to send the pain signal through your body.
