NIT or SEC Tourney - easier championship?

SEC Tourney would involve 4 wins, probably 1 against a poor team that doesn't play postseason, 1-2 NIT teams, and 1-2 NCAA tourney teams (including maybe UF or Missouri who are sweet 16 or better caliber).
NIT would involve 5 wins against above average (NIT obviously) opponents.
I would say SEC championship is "more likely" in general. It would probably really require just one big "upset" (and maybe not). NIT would require sustained very good play.

Both tough. I'm Gonna say the NIT is tougher. LSU may be required to go into a very good teams arena and win. That is very tough. If LSU was able to play at home first three rounds and then go to Mad Square then it would be one thing, but LSU will likely have to go on the road at some point.

NIT b/c of the rapid back to back games in the SECT and our lack of depth.

I'll go with NIT being easier. Unless it falls right, LSU would have to likely beat Mizzou and UF to win the SEC tourney. Mizzou is projected an 8 and UF is projected a 2 seed in the NCAA.
