We as users do a pretty good job of policing the site ourselves.
1. Add a BAN button. We should collectivly be able to ban someone within a 24 hour period. Then they could just deal with the admins then.
Example:If 30-50 posters recognize a troll on the site, just hit the ban button. When 30-50 users all agree to ban someone then that poster should lose his ability to post until the admins review their post quality. Would clean up a bunch of the site 24-7 IMO.

For the admins to come down harder on racism. Pretty much anything goes, and it's the thing that bothers me most about this place.

That there was a "last viewed" button for each thread that would take you to the last post you had previously viewed, instead of trying to remember what page you were on or other such nonsense.
