KG really needs to develop a breaking ball or he won't ever be better than a 4th or 5th guy in the rotation.

The good news is that it's usually easier for coaches to develop a curve than a change. It's incredibly difficult to teach a kid a good changeup if he doesn't have a feel for it. Gausman has an incredible change with a great FB. I like his chances.

Worst case scenario is that the O's have a guy who can throw gas and eat up innings in the 4 or 5 spot in the rotation.

Man I hope Mahtook just so I can see him play again. He is by far my favorite alum just because of his pure passion and competitive nature. Kid always plays hard!

The Rays outfield is pretty set and I don't see Mikie making it up there this year without an injury or a trade. The Rays acquisition of Wil Myers didn't help much.

With a productive and healthy year J Mitch could make a Sept. call up.
