what is the best fishing line IYO

I'm standing in academy looking at a wall of fishing line. I've always used trilene but I was wondering what yall might use?

Powerpro braid, and sufix mono. Not sure why, though.

I like suffix pretty well. Both mono and braid.

I don't know what the best is, but I know what I use. Berkley Trilene Big Game.

For braid: Fins
Fluoro: Seguar
I haven't found a mono that I really like more than others. I guess I use big game and P-line if I'm fishing with mono.

I use braid on spinning gear and Carolina rigs . I use a fluoro leader on my Carolina rig tho . I use mono for crankbaits ,spinnerbaits , and top water . Use fluoro on worms , jigs , or whatever I'm flipping

I got a bad strand of big game once and quit using it . I'm on the verge of going back to it tho . I started using suffix and it has hung the red arse on me my last two fishing trips

I loved the 15 pound till I got the bad roll . I can't resist though I'm probably gonna buy some more tonight .

I had the same thing happen with a roll of Stren 12lb mono. It must've been old or something, but it definitely put a bad taste in my mouth after throwing a $10 spinner bait into the middle of a lake
