Lil smokies wrapped in crescent rolls with honey mustard.

Chips and Queso with ground up pork.

Hawaiian roll sandwiches.

bacon-wrapped shrimp...either broiled or on the grill... with any dipping sauce you can come up with... yum!

ETA: they look really pretty on skewers

One small can of Yams,drained. Six Ozs. Goat Cheese, Room Temp. One medium Jalapeno, seeded, minced. 1/4 Tsp. Granulated Garlic, Nutmeg, Cajun/Creole Seasoning. Blend well. "Meld" Overnight.

1 lb jumbo lump crab meat
1 can black beans rinsed
2 ears roasted corn
1/2 cup cilantro, use basil if you don't like cilantro
Juice of 2 limes
Zest of one lime
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt and fresh ground white pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and refigerate for about 2 hours to allow flavors to develope. Serve with pita crisps

Cut pita bread into triangles, brush with olive oil and season with ground cumin. Bake at 350 until crisp. Great summer time appetizer

You guys par-cook your bacon a bit before these applications? Most times I have had these the shrimp were completely incinerated by the time the bacon was cooked. Maybe 10 minutes in the over prior to wrapping?
