Anybody know anything about it? I was told it was worth the drive from BR.

I have a really good customer in Slaughter and would like to hear more.

I might take the ride this weekend so if I do I'll post a review. Really would like to hear from some people who have been there before I make the drive though.

I'm the boss and my younger brother is the salesman. Looking out for his tastes. But, I agree with your post.

IMO it's nothing worth going out of your way for. I've eaten 2-3 times and its a good meal, but I don't think I would drive from Baton Rouge to eat there. Things may have changed though, I have not been in about 6 months but I remember it being average....

It's only open a few days a week so keep that in mind.
If you live in north BR it'd be worth the drive IMO. The food is good and priced fair. The atmosphere is pretty great though IMO and worth the drive.
I go huntin around there a bunch and eat there often. It's a very good little joint if you take it for what it is. Don't think it's Texas de brazil or anything.
