If all the billions of profits made by Insurance or the Drug Companies were plowed back into a Socialized Health Care system, it would be covered.

and I am for taking care of all Americans not just the rich. If there isn't enough to cover all expenses, it certainly would help. But I forgot. Everybody here is anti government and anti anything to help all people while defending the elite

I'm merely amused that you really think that govt running a thing will basically cost what it costs the private sector to run it(but without the profits). I mean, it's like you're a newborn. It's cute.

I doubt this is what he means.
If big pharma has to negotiate with the entire country, everyone wins. The free market prospers and kicks arse at finding the right price for bread and air fare, and yet fails MISERABLY at effective, efficient healthcare.
